Como parte del proyecto POA 2014 "Desarrollo de software libre para fortalecer el empleo de tecnologías de información en la interacción del ciudadano y el Poder Popular", la Fundación CENDITEL, a través de un grupo de sus investigadores y desarrolladores, propone la elaboración de una publicación formal en el área de la seguridad informática. Se espera fundamentar el avance de las actividades de investigación y desarrollo en seguridad que la Fundación CENDITEL ha realizado desde sus inicios. La publicación tendrá el formato de libro y será titulado "'''Seguridad Informática y La Identidad Digital. Aportes y Fundamentos'''".
