En el marco del Proyecto POA 2015 de la Fundación CENDITEL denominado "Investigar, desarrollar y colaborar en el empaquetado de software de seguridad electrónica e interfaces para la distribución Canaima GNU/Linux" se encuentra la acción específica "Servicio web de verificación de documentos firmados electrónicamente". Esta acción específica propone el Proyecto Murachí para desarrollar un servicio web que permita verificar documentos firmados electrónicamente con certificados de la Infraestructura Nacional de Certificación Electrónica de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela. Para el desarrollo de software se usa la [http://wiki.cenditel.gob.ve/wiki/gpdsl ​metodología para desarrollo colaborativo de software libre].
